Whiskey Dave has it open to taste at Forsyth now!
He has been pushing this rye for awhile now!!
"I know you're asking… Whiskey Dave, what's a sweet rye? There is no official definition for a "sweet rye". The mash is heavier on the corn and malted barley so it has a bit less upfront spiciness. My current favorite Cocktail rye...ridiculous value, 7 year Single Barrel Rye? Heck yeah!!" - Whiskey Dave

The nose is molasses, burnt sugar, and toffee.
The palette is caramel, nougat and hot cinnamon candy.
The finish is spicy rye with a long dry finish.
