Deep Sleep Beer Tasting at New Ballas! Located in rural Krakow Missouri, Deep Sleep Brewing Company is not your normal craft brewery. They have no taproom or storefront, as they only manufacture and distribute they’re products. The premise for Deep Sleep comes from the founder’s profession in the field anesthesia. Each product name has a reference to the anesthesia/medical field.
