THE ORIGINAL TENNESSEE WHISKEY IS BACK!
We’re proud to resurrect our remarkable family recipe, with the first bottling since 1909. Painstakingly filtered through a mellowing bed of sugar maple charcoal and aged in new charred oak barrels, it’s easy to taste why Charles Nelson's wheated mash bill recipe and meticulous process set the standard by which all future Tennessee Whiskeys are judged. We think you’ll agree that it’s been well worth the wait.
Mash Bill: Corn, Wheat and Malted Barley
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Full and warm showing caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, and apple
Palate: Robust brown sugar, cinnamon roll, caramel apple, and a touch cocoa
Finish: Long with lingering flavors of cinnamon, brown sugar, Gala apple, and black cherry.
AWARDS
Winner: Gold Medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
"Products awarded a Gold medal are exceptional. They are near the pinnacle of achievement in their particular category. They are products that set the standard for all others of their type."
