WHITE
2017 Lancyre Roussanne....$19.99
Crushed stone, pineapple and tangerine notes mingle easily on the nose of the 2017 Val de Montferrand Roussanne. This is pleasantly crisp and fresh, with tropical notes up front but zesty citrus on the finish, and in between there's a pleasantly plump, medium-bodied wine with immense appeal.

2016 Laurent Habrard Crozes Hermitage Blanc...$19.99
Lowest price on Wine-Searcher is $28.99

Aged seven months in stainless steel, the 2016 Crozes Hermitage Blanc is 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne. It offers decent complexity, with hints of honey, truffle and marshmallow coming together in a medium to full-bodied wine with a silky mouthfeel and a long finish.

2018 Regueiro Alvarinho Reserva...$19.99
From the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço, this wine has perfumed fragrant fruitiness with hints of a creamy texture. It is rich and full in the mouth, touched by spice and pepper and likely to age for a while. It will be ready to drink from early 2020.

RED
2016 Lilac Wine Cotes du Roussillon Villages...$19.99
Living up to its name, the 2016 Lilac Wine is floral and surprisingly delicate for a wine that tips the scales at 15% alcohol. A blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, it sees only larger-format wood, leaving the purity of its mixed-berry and spice elements unvarnished by oak. It's a terrific bargain that should drink well for several more years.

2016 Ridolfi Rocchetto Chianti DOCG...$15.99
Sangiovese 75%, Merlot 15%, Colorino 10%
This wine seriously over delivers for the month and is the perfect embodiment of the great 2016 vintage.
Fruity and simple with dried cherry and lemon character. Good core of fruit in the center. Bright finish.

2017 Chateau de Lancyre Pic Saint Loup Coste d'Aleyrac...$19.99
50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Carignan.
Blackberries, ground pepper, dried earth and peppered meat notes all dominate the 2017 Pic Saint Loup Coste D'Aleyrac, a ripe, rounded, complex, almost Northern Rhône-like red to drink over the coming 7-8 years. The blend is 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, and 10% Carignan, brought up all in tank.
