New Hauller Alsation wines

Master Coopers in Alsace for 5 generations, the Hauller family began growing wine in the early 20th century, and presently farms 25 acres in the Bas-Rhin on the slopes of Dambach-La-Ville, Blienschwiller, Epfig, and Itterswiller. The estate and winery are currently managed by Louis Hauller and his grandson Claude.  Manual harvest. Sourced from granite-based terroirs.Vines average 15 years in age.
Tasting Notes:  Blend of grapes from Alsace.  Bone dry. Offers a primary nose of fresh fruit, with delicate citrus, apple, and floral notes. Rich and round, but well balanced and very refreshing.
Serve With: Excellent as an aperitif or with fish/shellfish.

100% Pinot Blanc
Manual harvest. Sourced from granite-based terroirs.Vines average 20+ years in age.
Bone dry. Offers a primary nose of fresh white and yellow fruit, with hints of white flowers. Round, yet crisp and wellbalanced.
Serve With:  Excellent with simple white meat and fish dishes, as well as egg (omelets, quiche) and cheese (Gruyere) based preparations.
