Edinburgh Gin from Scotland

Edinburgh Seaside Gin...$31.99
Inspired by East Coast beaches near Edinburgh, a unique London Dry style gin defined by juniper, soft salinity and sweet notes.  Originally made with foraged shoreline botanicals, Seaside Gin was the first of our collaborations in partnership with Heriot-Watt University’s Brewing and Distilling MSc course. We sourced marine plants including scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack to create a gin with distinctive minerality. These are complemented with aromatic spice notes from grains of paradise, coriander and cardamom.
Bottled at 43% ABV, Seaside Gin makes for a bracingly refreshing G&T, and perfectly garnished with a sprig of green samphire in summertime. Alternatively, try a Seaside Martini with olive and anchovy garnish to create a pleasingly briny drink.

Edinburgh Cannonball Navy Strength Gin....$38.99
Our punchy but balanced Navy Strength gin, defined by strong juniper and lemon flavours, finishing with lingering spice.  Inspired by Edinburgh’s rich naval heritage of cannons and the famous One O’clock Gun, our Cannonball Gin is a Navy Strength gin that lives up to its evocative name. Cannonball resurrects a historic style of gin commissioned by the British Navy, making this gin an homage to Edinburgh’s seafaring past.
Bottled at 57.2% ABV, Cannonball is defined by intense juniper and Oriental spice. With twice the juniper content of our classic Edinburgh Gin, it packs quite the punch. Szechuan peppercorns add a spicy note while zesty lemon and orange balance out the citrus profile.
Cannonball is a strong, characterful gin that can be enjoyed straight up or in a G&T. It makes for a vigorously refreshing Dry Martini, served with a lemon twist to complement the gin’s peppery, zestier notes.
