"To celebrate their 35th Anniversary, our friends at The Wine and Cheese Place gave us a very special barrel. So we made a very special sour red to go in this Groth Reserve Cabernet Barrel that then held Jefferson's whiskey. The wonderfully bright lactic acidity melds with notes of dark fruit, caramel, and oak character. Use this beer to raise a glass to our friends in craft, The Wine and Cheese Place! -- label
