2010 Faiveley Chambolle Musigny AC...$84.99
A beautiful, brilliant garnet-red colour. The nose is very pretty with woody and fruity notes. The whole is very pleasant. On the palate, we find grilled and fruity, very ripe cherry aromas. The tannins are present without being too intrusive or aggressive. An elegant wine, fine and pedigreed. This wine is just starting to drink beautifully. Chambolle opens up after about 6 years in the bottle.

2012 Meo Camuzet Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Aux Argillas....$169.99
From 40 year old vines in the northern part of NSG. A frank, intense wine, with aromas of fresh fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant). There is much silkiness on the palate and a very long finish dominated by acidity.
Good dark, saturated red. Cool aromas of raspberry, red cherry and minerals. Juicy and tangy on the palate, with a slight tartness to the crushed red berry flavors. More about perfume than body. The tannins are a bit dry but I like this wine's pungent red fruit character. -- Stephen Tanzer

2012 Georges Lignier Gevrey Chambertin Aux Combottes 1er Cru...$119.99
1er Cru, but Grand Cru quality.
Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Combottes: A single 0.41 hectare parcel is the source for this wine, which offers a depth and complexity that speaks of the Grand Crus encircling this prime vineyard site. The vines are between 55 and 60 years of age. This formidable lieu-dit provides us with a sturdy wine with plenty of material, a darker robe and significantly more forceful structure. Aged for 18 months in small barrels, approximately one-third of which are new.
2013 Faiveley Mercurey Clos Myglands 1er Cru...$41.99
The name of this Premier Cru, which is a monopole or single estate vineyard of Domaine Faiveley, probably comes from the English ‘My Lands’, the name given to this site by an English dignitary. The nose sets aromas of black and red fruits against a woody and smoky base. The same greedy, fruity flavours are found on the palate. This wine is well structured with beautiful volume and velvety tannins. All the elements blend together harmoniously giving a silky and hearty wine.
2012 Jadot Gevrey Chambertin Clos St Jacques 1er Cru...$182.99
A beautifully complex and airy nose features ripe aromas of exuberantly spicy plum, violet, sauvage and essence of red currant. There is a very round and velvety mouth feel to the delicious medium weight flavors that somehow manage to retain a good sense of delineation and energy on the overtly mineral-inflected and wonderfully long finish. I very much like the sense of harmony where the fine-grained tannins add to that impression. This should be excellent in time though note that it will require a minimum of 10 years of cellar time before this is approachable and another 5 to 7 before it arrives at its peak.

2012 Vincent Girardin Santenay "Terre d'Enfance"....$28.99
Girardin is famous for their Santeany - this one is 100% from 60+ year-old vines. Deep color. Red fruits on the nose, more ripe than the previous wines. Earthy, soil components and toasty nuts on the nose. Thick, dark chocolate on the palate, has quite a kick. Very raisined smoke notes. Good richness and balance. A lush mid-palate. Loaded with coffee and tobacco on the finish
