95 Point Pinot Noir for $40

2013 Walter Hansel North Slope Pinot Noir...$39.99

Absolutely magnificent is the 2013 Pinot Noir The North Slope. This wine is deep, rich, with forest floor, blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, licorice and Asian spices. It is full-bodied, somewhat primordial and dense, but muscular, rich, concentrated, and has the biggest upside and potential for complexity of all of the 2013s. Give it another several years of bottle age and drink it over the following decade
Rated 95/100 Robert Parker The Wine Advocate
