2013 William Fevre Chablis2013 William Fevre Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru...$119.99
The perfumed and penetrating nose is unusually expressive for a young Les Clos and there is so much iodine, mineral reduction and oyster shell nuances present that this could be from nowhere else but Chablis. The big, powerful and imposingly scaled flavors ooze both dry extract and a pungent minerality yet the balance is perfect on the intensely saline finish that is markedly dry but once again not really austere. This should be terrific though note that patience will be required.

2013 William Fevre Bougros Cote Bougerots Grand Cru...$104.99
The 2013 version displays a deft touch of oak that again is sufficiently subtle as to allow the ripe and very fresh white and yellow orchard fruit, sea breeze and iodine scents to shine. There is excellent punch as well as fine detail to the almost aggressively mineral-driven flavors that possess good power but also a lovely sense of refinement on the wonderfully long and impeccably well-balanced finish. Exquisite.

2013 William Fevre Chablis Vaulorent 1er Cru...$68.99
Pale, green-tinged yellow. Aromas of lime leaf and mint are lifted by steely minerality. Dense, rich and powerful, even opulent, but without any heaviness. Harmonious acidity frames and intensifies the white peach, lime and mineral flavors. Still holding a lot of gas following the recent end of the secondary fermentation. This beauty is less clenched than the 2012 was at this time last year. A beauty in the making.

A wine of structure, depth and gravitas, the 2013 Chablis Vaillons is endowed with serious intensity and minerality. The flavors are remarkably transparent and translucent in this striking, chiseled Chablis. There is plenty to look forward to here. This warm, sunny site is one of the first vineyards Fèvre harvests, along with Vaudesir.

The 2013 Chablis Fourchaume stands out for its length and overall persistence. Mineral and nutty notes dominate over fruit at this point, as the Fourchaume is mostly a wine of pure texture and overall harmony today. This is an exceptionally beautiful, highly promising Chablis from Fèvre. The Fourchaume emerges from the domaine's younger vines in Vaulorent, while the older vines go into the Vaulorent bottling
