Hermitage Brewing Company’s Belgian Blonde is our take on this classic European style, meant to be a full-flavored-yet-drinkable everyday beer. The aroma is an inviting blend of aromatic malt and sweet stone fruit, with just a touch of characteristic spiciness. The flavor develops along the same path into subtle complexity, as gentle malt flavors of biscuit and wheat combine with the apricot, plum, and pepper notes of fermentation, then give way just enough to hint at the Equinox and Saaz dry-hops.
