Guess what we have been barrel aging in this barrel....



It has been in barrel since February!

We have aged Maple Syrup, we have aged honey, of course beer too.....what do you think is next?

It is almost ready............

It is barrel aged Vanilla Extract!!!

Will probably bottle it this weekend and have it ready for next week.
