• then fill that barrel with organic maple syrup for 2 months (Sweet Sophie Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup)
• then fill that same barrel with Missouri Rye Whiskey for 6 months?
• the barrel is not finished yet, Cory from Side Project Brewing will then fill this special barrel with one of his special beers to be release sometime in the future.
