Rally Point Maple Sunset
What is Rally Point Maple Sunset? This is a one of a kind a single barrel STilL 630 Rye Whiskey that can never be duplicated again. This barrel started off holding Knob Creek Bourbon for 9 years and then it was filled with Sweet Sophie Maple Syrup for 2 months. The barrel was then sent to STilL 630 and they filled it with their Rally Point Rye for about 6 months. The barrel is not done yet, it will head over to St. Louis' hottest brewery, Side Project Brewing, to be filled with beer to be release sometime in the future.
