Sweet Sophie Granola Recipe
This was sent to me from Brian B. that many of you know worked at the store and sold wine to us for years.
4oz TWCP Sweet Sophie Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup ***
2 Tbsp Honey ***
1 tsp Pure Vanila Extract ***
11/4 c Rolled Oats
1/4c hulled Sunflower Seeds
4 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/3 c Pepitas ***
1/2 c Almonds Roughly Chopped ***
1/2 c Dried Fruit (Raisins, Cherries, Cranberries, Chopped Apricots, etc)
1/4 c Coconut Flakes

Pre-heat oven to 300.
Mix oil, syrup, honey and vanilla in large bowl.
Add all ingredients, EXCEPT Fruit and Coconut, and mix well.
Spread over 2 baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes.
Evenly distribute fruit and coconut over both sheets and stir to combine.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until it is golden brown and crisp.
Spread to cool on Parchment paper and store in airtight container.
Makes 15 servings each containing
