Van Gogh Vodka Double Espresso...$9.99 / 750ml
Compare to $24.99 Binny's in Chicago
History
Introduced in 2005, the artfully crafted Van Gogh Double Espresso® Vodka is a rich toasted shade of brown featuring a bold espresso flavor that has been intensified with a caffeinated punch to provide spirit and coffee lovers with a singular espresso experience.
Process
Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka is hand-crafted in small batches through a unique double infusion method, using only natural ingredients and premium grain alcohol, insuring that Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka actually tastes and smells exactly as the name suggests: like a bold, rich cup of espresso.
Notes From Tim Vos, Master Distiller
“This is espresso with a bite, although the taste is very smooth due to the burned sugar used in creating the flavor. The Columbian coffee beans are significant and noticeable in the Double Espresso, which has a great roasted aroma with a touch of sweetness from the caramel. Less noticeable than in the Espresso, there is a hint of bitterness in the taste. The caffeine is not noticeable in the flavor, but you can feel it a bit in the aftertaste.”
