2010 The Rule Cabernet Sauvignon....$19.99
There are expectations of Napa Valley Cabernet. A specific set of “rules” must be followed. The grapes must be picked at a certain sugar range, fermented at the exact temperature for a certain amount of time, and rest several months in the perfect combination of oak barrels. These guys follow all of the rules, except they break the one rule most wineries won’t.....the price!

Just had this for dinner. Excellent taste. Great price. One for the personal wine list.
