A new Danish brewery

First time in the U.S.

Available online now

"Micro Brewery Midtfyns Brewery was founded in autumn 2004 and the first beer was introduced in March 2005. Initially, the beer is brewed under license from Scotland.

Since Eddie Szweda took charge of the brewery in November 2006, he undertook radical changes for the small brewery in Brobyværk. Production was changed and there was betting on a new and exciting beers created by the brewery itself.

We do not make one beer that everyone likes, but a broad range, where there will always be something for everyone. Our beer must deliver a WOW experience for our customers. Therefore, we test the beer at a broad audience of both øleksperter and consumers to ensure an interesting dynamics in the evolution of quality beer." -- brewery

Midtfyns Bryghus Chili Tripel....$9.49 / pint

Chili Tripel won the Year Danish Ølnyhed 2009 among 604 new beers on the Danish beer market. We are enormously proud to win for the second time in three years.
Midtfyns Chili Tripel is a Belgian inspired Tripel, where the brewer has had a free hand to tickle the taste buds. A beer by the arrogant and "hot" in which a mixture of chilli and Belgian yeast are indulged. Meanwhile, maltfylden and the mild hops to round taste the picture and give a unique taste experience.

Serving Suggestion
Chili Tripel is particularly suitable for cold dishes and seafood and can be described as a real "Tapasøl".

9.2% ABV
