llier family home, which was constructed in the 1600’s on sturdy Roman foundations. The newest heir to the family tradition, Michel Theillier, hand-delivers this popular beer within a small area around Bavay. La Bavaisienne is artfully brewed in very small batches using a resourceful combination of ancient and more modern equipment. This rare treat is a rich amber color with a gorgeous, dense head. Hearty malt taste in perfect balance with fresh hop bitterness, and a natural hint of spiciness that is distinctly French.
