Domaine Laroche Chablis
The name Domaine Laroche is virtually synonymous with Chablis. Domaine Laroche is one of the largest landholders of Grand Cru vineyards in Chablis and is the only winery in Burgundy to be awarded the number one wine in the world on Wine Spectator’s Top 100 list. The winemaking team designate one team member to each plot who is wholly responsible for the management of that vineyard from pruning and health of the soil to the quality and quantity of fruit yields. It is this philosophy that makes the expression of each Domaine Laroche wine individual and unparalleled in quality and style.

2018 Domaine Laroche Chablis Cuvee St Martin...$31.99
The 2018 Chablis Saint Martin is a soft, pretty wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. Apricot, hazelnut, tangerine peel, dried flowers, mint and lightly honeyed notes all grace this airy, lilting Chablis from Laroche.

2018 Domaine Laroche Chablis Vaudevey 1er Cru $56.99
The 2018 Chablis Les Vaudevey 1er Cru is a gorgeous, complex wine. Dried flowers, slate and earthy tones give the 2018 tons of aromatic nuance to match its mid-weight personality. The Vaudevey is an especially somber Chablis marked by strong mineral/soil inflections. It is also tightly wound today and in need of time to be at its best.

2018 Domaine Laroche Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru...$63.99
The 2018 Chablis Les Vaillons Vieilles Vignes 1er Cru is laced with lemon confit, citrus peel, almond, dried flowers and chamomile. Aromatic and light on its feet, the 2018 offers lovely near and medium-term appeal. This is such an attractive 1er Cru.

2018 Domaine Laroche Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru...$155.99Domaine Laroche are the dominant vineyard owner in this Grand Cru, with 4.56 out of a total of 12ha, spread over eight different parcels. Early picked to retain focus and salinity, this is one of a series of impressive wines in 2018, showing praiseworthy mastery of the vintage conditions. Sappy, pithy and stony, this carries its 90% wood very lightly, showing a long, refreshing, sea breeze finish.
Rated 95/100 Decanter

2018 Domaine Laroche Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru...$194.99
Laroche has three parcels, all of them on the Blanchot side of the Grand Cru, amounting to 1.12ha in all. Deftly wooded, as many of the top Domaine Laroche wines are in 2018, this is less powerful and concentrated than some expressions of the terroir, but has engaging focus and balance with racy acidity, subtle vanilla spice and a fresh, mineral-etched finish.
Rated 96/100 Decanter

2017 Domaine Laroche Chablis Montmains 1er Cru...$65.99
The 2017 Chablis Les Montmains 1er Cru is bright, lifted and finely cut, with tons of energy that give the wine its sense of focus. White flowers, citrus, orchard fruit, mint and pineapple all develop in the glass, but it is the wine's taut feel that stands out most. This is another compelling wine from Laroche.
