2014 Rudius Zinfandel Field Blend Bedrock Vineyard...$34.98
Only 90 cases made
A wonderful, historical wine with spice, mosswood, mushroom and bark. Medium body, polished tannins. This is amazing. Pure strawberry. Made from a field blend of 125 year-old vines, mostly Zin with other grapes like syrah and petit syrah. Ungrated vines. Drink now.
Rated 95/100 James Suckling
A field blend of mostly Zinfandel, the 2014 Bedrock Vineyard is a seamless, opulent, incredibly sexy red from this vineyard that has classic red and black fruits, incense, cedary herbs, and spice. Medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated, with a ripe, heady personality that just oozes charm, drink it anytime over the coming 7-8 years.

2014 Rudius Cabernet Franc Sugarloaf Vineyard...$58.98

Only 125 cases made
The 2014 Cabernet Franc Sugarloaf Vineyard comes from a single, higher elevation block in the Sugarloaf Vineyard, in the Coombsville appellation. It offers a ripe, opulent style as well as classic Cabernet Franc floral and violets characteristics in its black and blue fruit aromas and flavors. It takes plenty of air to show at its best and is a full-bodied, concentrated, nicely structured 2014 that has remarkable purity, building tannin, and a great finish. Give bottles 2-3 years and enjoy over the following 15+.

2014 Rudius Cabernet Sauvignon Farella Vineyard...$79.98

Only 180 cases made
I like the chocolate, stone and currant character here. Medium to full body, silky tannins and a long and flavorful finish. A beauty. Tension and focus here. Drink in 2019.
Rated 94/100 James Suckling
From a site in Coombsville, in the cooler southern end of Napa Valley, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Farella Vineyard offers a deep, more mineral-laced style with terrific notes of black (and some blue) fruits, scorched earth, spring flowers, dark chocolate, and graphite. With medium to full-bodied richness, building tannin, notable yet integrated acidity, and a big finish, it’s a beautifully pure Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that’s going to benefit from short-term cellaring and keep for 15-20 years.
Rated 93+/100 Jeb Dunnuck

2014 Rudius Cabernet Sauvignon Savory Estate Howell Mountain...$115.98
Only 220 cases made
From a Howell Mountain estate vineyard located at 1,700 feet above sea level, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Savory Estate is a textbook example of this mountain terroir and offers terrific blue fruits, tobacco, cedar pencil, and crushed rocks. Possessing remarkable purity of fruit, full-bodied richness, integrated acidity, and ample tannin, this beauty has the purity and balance to drink nicely today yet needs a full 4-5 years of bottle age. It’s going to age for three decades. Hats off to winemaker Jeff Ames!
Rated 97/100 Jeb Dunnuck

Aromas of seaweed, oyster shell and iodine with subtle currants. Full to medium body and firm and chewy tannins, yet this remains reserved and polished. Shows wonderful complexity and length. Don't miss it. From only 1.3 acres. Try in 2020.
Rated 96/100 James Suckling
