I find it kind of strange that I haven't received any emails from you about being selected for the allocated beers. It just further tells me that it is a rigged system because I know how much has been released and how much money I spent.
I think I've actually helped you guys promote products whenever I can. I've never publically blasted TWCP. I've voiced my concerns privately and that seems to have affected my place on the savey save fucky fuck club.
It's unbelievable how many times it's changed. They were separate at one point. They they combined them so they wouldn't leave the beer/whisky guys out. Now it seems to be back to separate clubs.
I don't get it and don't care but I stand up for what is right. Whether it's twcp, at work, to friends. What's right is right. What's fair is fair. I know you can't please everyone but you seem to kind of think your the only show in town. The guys that you choose to give allocated beer to, are the same guys getting it from other sources. Then selling it. While giving people false hope and rewarding the same people year after year after year after year. It's amazing what people will tell you when they score an allocated product. They can't keep their mouth shut, they wanna tell everyone. At the end of the day it's up to you to give it to whoever. You asked me a question once. You said, if you only had three bottles of something. Who would you give it to. I replied, my friends or favorite customers. I'm sure sure you take gifts and I'm sure I could give you a gift ( maybe hockey tickets, maybe a collectible bottle of wine you don't have ) and get a bottle of side project beer, but it's just beer. I don't get it.
I think your out of touch with your customer base. You reward the wrong people about 1/2 the time. I know you must like the feeling of being the beholder of the coveted beers and whiskey. I don't know anything about the wines but I'm sure it's the same.
Why are you so inconsistent with your savey save fucky clubs?
This message is kind of random thoughts and confusing cause I started and stopped. I think you get the point.
I know when you don't post something that it means something. Take away the anonymous posting if you want to know who is posting negative messages. Guys are afraid to share their name because you will retaliate.
If you don't like being criticized take down the blog.

I am not sure exactly what you are referring too in a lot of this. Are you referring to Crooked Stave? This was an online release for anybody?
Separate clubs? We have been doing some based on beer only and some based on overall purchases. Side Project because the were bigger releases we did a combo of the two, leaning heavy towards one or the other.
There are no bribes taken to move up the list. I print a report and I go straight down the list, no exceptions. Not sure how we reward the wrong people half of the time? I do not understand what that means. The lists are printed in black and white, there is no exceptions.
They can't keep their mouth shut? They are allowed to say the got a product, I don't care?
What are the inconsistencies you are referring too?
Maybe your email is getting sent to spam if you think you are missing out, please send me an email and I will check it out - paul@wineandcheeseplace.com
I cannot check since this is anonymous. I am always willing to answer your questions and check it out, I would never hold a grudge for constructive criticism. That is the only way we can improve the system.

You can go to the location right now and see where you were on the list as of about a week ago. TWCP rewards club is one of the few that I actually do like the way it is run with rewarding people for their support over an extended period of time, and not just a flash in the pan right before a release. My only criticism is that I know some people that buy for corporate events and such, have an advantage over others when they aren't really spending their own money, but it is what it is and nothing I can see being done about that from the stores standpoint. I, like others, have missed on bottles that I was hoping or even expecting to get but when they only get 3 cases of 12 and hold a few back for some fun events, its understandable. Paul, I've never met you but I appreciate the way you go about it and run a rewards club instead of just holding bottles back for people you know and like, especially with having several locations.

Maybe the original poster knows how much he or she has spent, but do they know how much others have spent? Assuming this is one person constantly bashing Paul and by extension TWCP, assuming this because most of these critical posts are long rambling rants that bare just the slightest resemblance to the English language, I might suggest you shop elsewhere as TWCP seems to put you in a bad place. Just a thought.

I think the original poster is way off base, but does need a allocation of the new Side Project 'sour grapes' release....give him all of it....make it happen Paul.
