BRC and WRC releases

Emails were sent out on all of these via the WRC and BRC

  • Weller 12 Year Old Bourbon 750ml
  • Weller 12 Year Old Bourbon 1.75
  • Col. E.H. Taylor Rye

  • Goose Island Madame Rose  (very little came to STL) - Beer Only
  • Firestone Walker Helldorado   (very little came to STL) - Overall purchase
Also next week, some people did not want their Four Roses Elliot's Select.  So we are going to take a customer suggestion and print a report and offer the leftovers to Four Roses supporters in the WRC.  Watch for that next week.

Ok. If they don't take them will you just put them on the shelf or save them for a later date? I can't believe guys passed on it. I've tried it and it's really really good.

Some people are real specific in the ones they are looking for or like.
I did save a few for the whiskey pop up at the register when people check out. There might be one or two make the shelf.

I actually respect people that do not take it just because it is rare. To me that says they are not flippers and they are actually buying to drink. They buy what they like, if you do not like a producer, that is your prerogative. You are not buying it because some professional told you it is good and you force yourself to like it because it is rare. I see Elliot's online for up to $600 a bottle now, so people could buy just to flip now. We have had people turn down Pappy Van Winkle in the raffle because they do not like it. Again, I think that is great that people buy what they like, not what they are told to like.

The person that left comments not to publish. I do not know who you are, but you can email me at and I can respond more completely.
