Kolsch - 6 pack!

Kolsch:
Golden, top-fermented style native to Köln, Germany. The style has a very narrow profile and many beers that consider themselves to be kölschbiers are not. Generally they have a moderate bitterness, but fairly prominent hop flavour (typically Spalt, Tettnang or Hallertau). They have high effervescence, medium esters, but a rounded, stylish character derived from lagering - from RateBeer

Urban Chestnut Bap Kolsch Ale...Pint
The classic style from Cologne, named after the most famous rock band to write their lyrics in Kölsch. This warm filtered ale is cold conditioned so it takes on the characteristics of a lager.

Sunner Kölsch...Pint
It was Sünner that brewed the first beer in the modern Kölsch style (though it wasn't called that then) around 1900. Sünner is a 'Kölsch' beer, unique to Köln (Cologne) Germany.
Like Champagne (Appellation Controlee) it is protected by laws, so that only beers brewed in that region can bear the name. It is an Ale with a stylish character derived from lagering. It is clear and pale straw in appearance. The taste is refreshing, gently fruity, slightly sweet with a crisp, dry finish.
5.3% ABV

French Broad Gateway Kolsch....22oz
While known for their lagers, German brewers also produce terrific ales. French Broad’s Kölsch is faithful to the great German ales found in Köln. Golden in color, with a refreshing crispness, pleasantly sweet malt finish, and distinctive German hopping.

Freigeist Ottekolong Kolsch...pint
Rich, hoppy, and complex, Ottekolong (“Eau de Cologne”) Kölsch is a traditional version of the city’s local specialty. Ironically, this peerless quaffing ale, scandalously unfiltered and extra-hopped, is too traditional to be accepted as a “legal” Kölsch. We think it’s the best beer in town, frankly.
Style: Kölsch
ABV: 4.80%

Reissdorf Koslch...12oz
Reissdorf Kölsch is the beer speciality from Cologne with a tradition starting 1894. A Kölsch with a pleasant, full-bodied, and uniquely light and sweet taste in premium quality, that is brewed for the adepts who prefer something special

Schlafly Koslch....12oz
This light-colored, refreshing ale is THE beer of Cologne. Well balanced and mild mannered, this beer is great for summer.
