Freigeist Abraxxxas and Berlinger Weisse

Freigeist Abraxxxas Lichtenhainer Weisse...$4.99 / pint
Inspired by the rare and nearly-extinct eastern German tart wheat beer once known as “Lichtenhainer”, Abraxxxas is sour and complex, with a balancing smoky maltiness. As freakily drinkable as it is challenging, this ale was deemed an instant classic upon it’s release in the U.S.

Freigeist Kopenickiade Berliner Style Weisse...$4.99 / pint
A clean, fresh new twist on Berlin’s feisty & unique specialty wheat beer, Köpenickiade is brewed with 100% barley, and spelt– an ancient form of wheat. According to the brewers, Freigeist’s version offers an “unbelievable high drinkability” and slightly more sourness than the once-pervasive but now largely extinct traditional, local Berliner Weisse.
