Side Project Anabasis - coming soon!

The beer made it here safely!
I will print the BRC report Saturday morning.   Remember beer on hold will not count on your BRC, it must be picked up and charged through the register.

We will include sales through Friday March 27 - 7pm.

There will only be 108 bottles available.   Side Project kept 12 to age and I am sure you will see bottles appear at events and tastings held by Side Project.

Also mentioned he bottled the next collab....Stout....that is all I am saying for now, just a little teaser.   Going to be a good one.  Label is not done yet, approval is not done yet.  So it will still be awhile.

This will go through the BRC, it will be about half as many bottles as the Merci.  So it is much more limited.

This is the beer that Jason S. picked the name for in our name the beer contest!

Side Project Anabasis Barrel Aged Barleywine
Our Barleywine was brewed with American malts and hops, but fermented with a strong English Ale strain. So far, 14% ABV Barleywine has been aging for ?? months in a Wine and Cheese Place Blanton's barrel. Rich mahogany in color with tawny port aromatics and smooth vanilla, graham cracker finish.

Oh and dropped off some goodies for some fun drinking and sharing!  Thanks so much!!

How will it be sold to brc? Most total in store, most beer, what?

Now sure how it will be allocated yet. Cantillon went to beer only, which would mean at this point it would be overall, unless something is released through the BRC before that.

Jenn, you are correct. Him and Karen are both amazing.
