Heitz Cabernet Sauvignon - Martha's Vineyard

2007 Heitz Cellar Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon...$44.99
Tasting Notes: Our 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet is a stunning wine from the popular 2007 vintage. Unquestionably a Heitz Wine Cellars cabernet, this is a classic wine of finesse and elegance – beautiful now and structured to age gracefully for years to come.

The rich varietal aroma leads to delicious flavors of dark cherry with notes of spicy plum. A generous core of cabernet fruit is nicely integrated with refreshing acidity and just the right touch of oak. This wine is silky in texture, building momentum as it crosses the palate to a lovely, lingering finish.

2004 Heitz Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Martha's Vineyard...$159.99
Shows hints of maturity, with chocolate mint, cherry and currant flavors that are intense yet elegant, balanced and stylish. Full-bodied, firm and focused, this is complex and concentrated without being heavy, offering the wine's classic style and personality. Drink now through 2018. 2,750 cases made. –JL

2005 Heitz Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Martha's Vineyard...$159.99
Minty bay leaf aromas are pure, with a spicy edge, leading to firm dark berry, mocha, mineral and sage flavors that are tight and well-structured, with firm, ripe tannins that provide an excellent backbone. Much too young now, however tempting. Should only get much better. Best from 2013 through 2022. 3,569 cases made.–JL
