Haandbriggeriet - Norway

Haandbriggeriet
Haandbakk Sour Ale ...$9.49 / pint
Vintage 2008 -- Brewed May 2008
We have been waiting a very long time for this moment, vintage 2008 has now been blended and bottled. We think the flavour has changed somehow but its just as nice as the previous vintage. Its now placed in the warm zone to be carbonated, this normally takes a little longer with a sour beer. As soon as its done we will ship it out. This is a beer for your beer cellar, it will age with grace.

Dobbel Dram Double IPA...$8.49 / pint

"Dobbel Dose or Dobbel Dram is a double IPA made with european style hops rather than US hops. This beer is also heavily dryhopped in the aging tank for the extra hop taste and aroma. Made from Marris Otter malt, wheat malt and Crystal. Goes well with spicy food and grilled meat." -- --Haandbriggeriet

Norse Dark Porter....$8.49 / pint

"This is our Porter or Norse Porter in the US.The old farmhouse breweries of Norway made many special beers and they where all dark, hearty, earthy beers like this classic porter full of dark malts. It was customary to make special beers for special occasions like weddings, christenings and even funerals. Made from: Marris otter pale, munich, crystal and brown malt + some chocolate malt and lots of hops for bittering and aroma. Goes well with steaks, grilled meat and dark chocolate or sweet deserts." --Haandbriggeriet

India Pale Ale...$8.49 / pint

"Our India Pale Ale has the local touch by featuring our local wild hop that grows along the banks of a near by stream. We use such a lot of hops in this ale that our kettle can't take it, we therefore do mash hopping which gives a great taste and aroma. India Pale Ale Goes very well with spicy food, grilled fish or chicken and pizza."--Haandbriggeriet
